The CY-31D rotary compressed candy forming machine is a newly developed fully-enclosed forming equipment dedicated to confectionery production. With 31 forming stations, the machine provides sufficient forming pressure to produce dense, well-shaped candy products with uniform texture and neat edges. It supports both single-color and dual-color compressed candy production, and can be customized to produce round, special-shaped and other creative candy forms to match diverse product design and market demands.
Equipped with frequency conversion speed control, the turntable rotation speed can be adjusted flexibly according to different candy formulas and production requirements. It reaches a maximum output of 120,000 pieces per hour for dual-color candies and 60,000 pieces per hour for single-color candies, perfectly satisfying the demand of large-scale mass production.
All food-contact parts adopt food-grade compliant materials with smooth surfaces, which facilitates daily cleaning and sanitization.
